As a TM Mentor, your goal is to see new Team Members succeed and integrate into trained and knowledgeable Team Members, who are able to perform all tasks on their own. Your supportive and caring nature allows you to guide, train and coach them; providing them with the skills they need to succeed.

Supervisor

Lead by example and encourage our team to make guests their highest priority. Share ideas, look for opportunities to grow our business and empower your Team to make it right.

Restaurant Manager

Bring your expertise and vision to the table and continue the growth of our business. Recruit and lead your dynamic Team by promoting open communication, respect for others and a strong work ethic.
